Moorland Development Company Limited is pleased to announce its newest
project, PalmBrook Estate, a 400 acre gated community, coming soon to
Lacovia St. Elizabeth. The site is located in the vicinity of Burton in North
East St. Elizabeth.

PalmBrook Estate, the first development of its kind in St. Elizabeth, will
feature 382 residential lots, divided into three phases, surrounded by lush
beautiful natural landscape. Lot sizes range from ¼-3/4 acres. PalmBrook
Estate is being developed along the same luxurious, affordable and
eco-friendly concept as the company’s previous gated communities in
Mandeville, Moorlands Estate and Moorlands Manor.

“Moorland Development is continuing the tradition of providing secure
living in an attractive, relaxing environment, surrounded by nature. The
message that Moorland Development Company is sending with PalmBrook Estate
is that luxury is affordable,” Managing Director Carlton Maxwell noted.

Mr. Maxwell pointed out that PalmBrook Estate will carry similar amenities
to Moorlands Estate and Moorlands Manor, both of which have been highly
sought after by locals and Jamaicans living abroad.
Among the attractive amenities that PalmBrook Estate will boast are
recreational kids park, conservation/nature park, 24 hour security, sports
park with football field, basketball court and cricket pitch, as well as a
clubhouse with games room, gym, meeting room and lounge. Lots are also
reserved for commercial and educational purposes. The projected completion
date for Phase 1 of PalmBrook Estate is October 2016.

Marketing Manager at Moorland Development Company, Marie Berbick, issued an
open invitation to professionals, civil servants and persons in the
Diaspora to give their dreams an address at PalmBrook Estate. “You too can
enjoy the breath-taking, relaxing and environmentally friendly ambience of
a Moorland Development gated community,” she stated. “One of our main
objectives with this development, is to ensure that the residents of St.
Elizabeth and those who are in the Diaspora, can afford to really live and
enjoy life in their parish, in a secure gated community.”

Interested persons can view the site and reserve lots during a two day *Open
House scheduled for Saturday March 19 and Sunday March 20*. Additional
