Project Updates

Having completed all basic infrastructures, we now turn our attention to the development of the facilities included in our development plan. These include:

• Kiddies’ playground
• Clubhouse Building
• Nature Park & hiking trail
• Sportsfield

Efforts are been made to have these amenities install, or commence work as set out below.

• Kiddies Playground - Seventy five percent (75%) completed. Propose completion date September 2013.
  

• Clubhouse Building - Plans approved by Manchester Parish Council. Construction of building underway forty percent (40%) completed, proposed completion date June 2014.
  

• Nature Park & Hiking Trail – Construction underway work fifty percent (50%) completed. Projected completion date December 2013.

• Sportsfield - Ninety percent (90%) completed, proposed completion date September 2013.

Townhouse Development (The Glades)

• All major infrastructure works are now completed
• Verges landscaped, trees and shrubs planted.
• Work on the hard court is to commenced, completion is slated for September 2013
• The entrance columns are to be constructed in June 2013 and the electronic barrier will be installed by September 2013.
